If you are sensitive to the frequency when used directly on the skin, (please read instructions first)
Then you can use a T-Shirt or a thin sheet between you and the Mat.
You can also adjust the GB4000 Voltage up or down according to sensitivity
If one is sensitive simply use a thin T-Shirt
The Mat is excellent for Pets, Children and Adults

with the strap on the feet.
